Step 1: Basic Information

The Basic Information form will be requested first. This allows us to learn what type of environment the puppy will be going to. 

Step 2: The Deposit agreement

The Deposit Agreement is a security blanket that your puppy will be RESERVED for YOU!! This amount is $300 and can be made anytime before mom is half way through her pregnancy to RESERVE YOUR PUPPY! 

Step 3: The Adoption agreement

The Adoption Agreement CONFIRMS YOUR NEW SWEET BABY! This agreement is between the adopter and The Weenie Hut LLC to guarantee the adoption and provide important information.

Step 4: the finale!

The FINAL PIECE is providing YOU with the bill of sale for your new sweet family member. This is proof that you fully own the puppy! This form will be provided at puppy pick up!

DEPOSIT INFO

ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS or PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-MOVEABLE TO HOLD A PUPPY. NO EXCEPTIONS. A mini doxie will change your life in so many amazing ways! Please remember, before placing a deposit or paying in full, money will NOT be moved, and it will NOT be refunded if any family decides to change their mind. 

The non-refundable security deposit amount is $300. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the full cost of the adoption fees of the puppy. Puppies from The Weenie Hut LLC are adopted out as pet only, which means puppies are adopted to families with no breeding rights. 

When puppies are born there may be unforeseen circumstances preventing the puppy from being adoptable, such as genetic conditions. Our parent dogs' pedigrees are thoroughly studied and compared by their veterinarian prior to breeding. If said unforeseen circumstances arise due to the health and well-being of the puppy, only then will a refund be honored, and the Adopter is notified.

If a deposit or payment is placed early on, clients are sent photos and videos of their puppy so they can watch them grow! I want to include you as much as possible!

Deposits can be made via Zelle with no additional fees. Cashapp and Venmo are subject to an additional 2% charge. No personal checks or money orders, please. Once the payment clears, your sweet baby will be considered "reserved". Each payment made will receive a receipt via email from akitchens@theweeniehutllc.com or message via text/messenger. At the conclusion of the final transition, a Bill of Sale will be provided to the Adopter. 

All sales are subject to a 6.25% sales tax as per The State of Texas. 

COLORS AND PATTERNS

Dachshunds come in many colors and patterns. There will be an ESTIMATED description of their color/pattern under each puppy on the 'puppies' tab. Please keep in mind, as they grow this could change all the way into adulthood. 

A dog's coloring will change naturally as they grow into adulthood and this is due to lots of factors such as genetics, hair type, loss of puppy fur into their adult coat, pigmentation, allergies, hormonal changes, environmental changes, hair care, nutrition, etc. Color changes should be expected as a puppy grows. There is no guarantee of a dog’s permanent coat color for these reasons. Only an estimated description.

We do the best for our pups! I am a very fair and honest person and want the best for our puppies and their families! No puppies will be sold to puppy mills, pet brokers, research facilities, pet flippers, or to pet stores. Period!
